We offer free shipping for orders over $100 only in the U.S. Orders placed on Friday afternoon will be shipped on Monday. We don't ship packages on Saturday and Sunday. If you're located in a region where temperatures are hot, we will include an insulated mailer with an ice pack to ensure the items can arrive without melting. If the products still feel warm to the touch after delivery, we recommend putting your products in the fridge for a short period of time to let the products solidify again. The heat does not affect the efficacy of the products.
