1. Shake gently before each use.

2. Hold 6–8 inches away and mist onto clean skin (calves, shoulders, lower back, feet, etc.).

3. Massage 30–60 seconds to encourage absorption.

4. A light magnesium tingle can be normal—start with a small amount and build as comfortable.

Optional: after 15–20 minutes, you may rinse or wipe if any salt feel remains.

Patch test before first use. Avoid eyes, face/eyelids, mucous membranes, freshly shaved or broken skin. Wash hands after application. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Suitable for adults and teens.
