Directions For Use:

1. Shake gently before each use.

2. Hold 6–8 inches away and mist onto clean skin (calves, shoulders, lower back, feet, etc.).

3. Massage 30–60 seconds to encourage absorption.

4. A light magnesium tingle can be normal—start with a small amount and build as comfortable.

Optional: after 15–20 minutes, you may rinse or wipe if any salt feel remains.

Patch test before first use. Avoid eyes, face/eyelids, mucous membranes, freshly shaved or broken skin. Wash hands after application. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Suitable for adults and teens.

Use Ideas:
Pre-Workout: light mist on calves/forearms, quick rub-in.

Post-Activity: spray tight areas; slow circular massage.

Evening Wind-Down: mist feet and calves before bed.

Daily Skin Comfort: quick refresh on dry-feeling spots (non-facial).

Changed my life!

I was skeptical at first about a spray doing anything at all for my carpal tunnel pain. I was mapping out a plan for surgery to try to get some relief when my mother begged me to "just try it".. that was around 2 months ago.
