Directions For Use:

1. Warm a pea-size between clean fingertips.

2. Massage into calves, shoulders, back, or tender joints as needed.

4. A light tingle from magnesium can be normal; start with a small amount and build as comfortable.

5. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes, freshly shaved or broken skin. Wash hands after use.
